Because I’ve been in your shoes. I’ve put off my dreams and goals, thinking I’ll get to that one day. It wasn’t until I decided to demand more of myself through fitness that I began to experience the transformative power of pursuing physical challenges. 

These experiences created before and after moments in my life. The training taught me invaluable lessons about consistency, persistence, and how to see a goal through to the end. Afterward, I wasn’t the same person. I had new standards and perspectives. 

I raised the bar and so can you!
